U.K Spirax Sarco Condensate Pump Sets Series includes CTP Series Condensate Recovery Pumps, PAC Series Intelligent Condensate Pumps, and matching flash vessels, designed specifically for efficient condensate recovery in marine steam systems. Condensed water from marine steam systems contains a large amount of waste heat. The CTP Series combines "mechanical pump + electric pump" to handle long-distance condensate transportation in limited marine space (e.g., transportation from the cargo hold heating area to the boiler water supply port), and its high-temperature resistance adapts to high-temperature condensed water (up to 250℃) in ships. The PAC Series integrates an automatic control system, which can automatically adjust displacement according to changes in marine steam load, reducing manual operation by the crew and lowering operation and maintenance costs during navigation. The flash vessel can separate secondary steam from high-pressure condensed water and reuse it for low-pressure steam needs of ships (e.g., heating in the crew's living area), realizing energy recycling and meeting the energy-saving and emission-reduction requirements of ships.
