U.S.A FCI's FLT93 series is a thermal dispersion multi-function flow switch designed for harsh marine environments, performing critical safety monitoring in ship power systems: In LNG fuel vessel double-wall pipe ventilation systems, it detects flow rates as low as 0.1m/s, triggering dual alarms when flow falls below safety thresholds to prevent flammable gas accumulation; In ship main engine cooling systems, it monitors cooling water flow to avoid engine overheating; In steering gear hydraulic systems, dual-channel configuration detects flow deviations, ensuring steering angle control accuracy meets IMO standards (±0.5 degrees); In ballast/bilge water systems, it monitors pump operation to prevent dry running damage.
